Steve Farrar is the founder of Mens Leadership Ministries. He is the author of the best-selling book, Point Man: How a Man Can Lead His Family. With half a million copies in print, Point Man was the catalyst for Steve leaving the pastorate after fifteen years and focusing his ministry on equipping men for spiritual leadership. Steve and his wife, Mary have three grown children.

Before joining National Fatherhood Initiative, Roland Warren worked as a financial consultant for Goldman Sachs in Philadelphia, PA, as an Associate Director of Development for his undergraduate alma mater, Princeton University, and in management positions for both IBM and PepsiCo. Prior to his current position, he had served as a member of National Fatherhood Initiative's board of directors. He and his wife, Yvette, have two sons.
