Budget

The budget for the current year is $209,000.

Of this amount, approximately $59,000 is allocated for what we call ‘visible ministry’. These are activities and events that are involve many men and are open to the public. For Example, Iron Sharpens Iron Conferees, Manger Build, Men’s Ministry Leadership Training, Couples Adventure Dates, etc. The ‘visible ministry’ of Noble Warriors essentially funds itself. Some events are revenue generators, other are neutral, a few actually cost us to execute. But this group of NW events funds itself through ticket sales and/or resource sales.

The remaining $140,000 of the budget is allocated for ‘invisible ministry’. This is the backbone of what we do. Very few people see us encouraging ministry leaders, meeting with pastors, writing and recording radio spots and preparing for speaking engagements or events, or writing letters, but without this ‘invisible ministry’ the visible ministry can’t exist. So, ‘invisible ministry’ includes the rent, utilities and other expenses for the Noble Warriors Leadership Zone, books, technology, postage, copier lease, and office supplies, as well as Mike’s salary and compensation for our ministry assistant.

The ‘invisible ministry’ budget is funded by individuals and churches who are committed to partner with us to build men.
