Mike has a passion to see men grow, serve and lead as godly men… Noble Warriors even. He especially wants to see this in his three sons and the man that he hopes his daughter will someday marry.
Launching Noble Warriors in 2005 was the result of a clear calling to move into full-time ministry to men. Today Mike leads the ministry, by God’s grace, to serve churches as they equip men to walk with Christ and lead well.

Stacy has a pretty tight connection with the ministry being married to our fierce leader, Mike. And while her priority right now is her family and pouring into the lives of their children (Tim, Zach, Ben and Hannah) she also serves the ministry in various capacities.

Southwest Regional Missionary
CARL BENJAMIN
Carl began volunteering for Noble Warriors in the Roanoke Valley. He helped organize and run the monthly regional meetings, helped with the annual equipping conferences in Roanoke and ran a few Manger Builds® at his church among other activities. In April 2018, he took the step of faith into full time men’s ministry with Noble Warriors as the Southwest Regional Coordinator.

CHRISTEN McKEY
Christen is the Communication Gal and helps out with various aspects of communication, social media, administration, and the conferences. She has a passion for families, and through her own experiences, has seen firsthand the great need for the ministry of Noble Warriors.
Data Management
BRITTANY BRAUN
Brittany is the Data Entry Queen and keeps our information systems updated by managing various data entry projects. She has a passion to see people connect with Christ and be discipled so that they can thrive in their relationship with Him. This plays out in being a stay at home wife/mom, leading Bible studies for high school girls and mentoring.
Content Writer
HOLLIE GILMAN
As the Content Writer, Hollie has the unique and fun task of helping put Mike’s brain on paper! She loves playing a role in communicating the vision for Noble Warriors through planning, emails, podcast notes, partner letters, and more. As a wife and a mother of two sons, she also possesses a deep appreciation for the passion that Noble Warriors has for discipling men.

TODD CHRISTIAN
Todd has been a huge asset to the ministry from the beginning and has played many roles. He currently assists the office with anything related to IT and the world of technology. Todd has also served on the Board of Directors, as well as Conference Coordinator, overseeing pre-conference preparations and day-of conference coordination.

BILL WARD
Bill has a passion for seeing men transformed by the Gospel, and one way he fulfills this is by coordinating and overseeing the monthly Central Regional Team Leaders meetings, as well as assisting with promotional and follow-up activities related to The Manger Build®.
Controller
MATT NEWQUIST
Matt has been connected with Noble Warriors from the beginning. He oversees accounting and reporting, processes payroll, performs bank reconciliations, and ensures that we follow non-profit statutory requirements. When he’s not crunching numbers, he loves spending time outdoors for exercise, relaxation and enjoying God’s creation.
