Communications Generalist
The mission of the Communications Generalist is to use various engagement, communication execution skills, and vehicles to drive information outward to reach partners, the local church, men, families, and the community to ultimately engage them in the mission of Noble Warriors.
Director of Operations or Communications Manager
- Demonstrated experience in communications, public relations or relevant field.
- Outstanding organization and planning abilities.
- Ability to function independently and maintain self-sufficiency with limited supervision in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficient command of English.
- Working knowledge of various communication tools: Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Canva and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
- Preferred experience with email marketing platforms (ex. Active Campaign or Constant Contact), social media scheduler platform (Hootsuite), event registration platform (Brushfire), and customer relationship management platform (Salesforce).
- Maintain high standard of ethics, honesty, and integrity in all personal and professional matters.
- Assist in driving the development and delivery of ministry goals through effective collaboration with established partners developing timelines and managing projects throughout the ministry systems from creative direction/development,approval and production.
- Effectively plan, organize, design and prepare various digital and print communication pieces via Noble Warriors website, emails, blog posts, direct mailings, surveys, partnership communication, conference and event promotion, and day of event materials.
- Manage the social media strategy for Noble Warriors, The Manger Build® and Let’s Build a Manger!® on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Etsy, and Noble Man Podcast.
- Managing the NW website, which includes creating a variety of content, ensuring that the site is fresh and timely, accurate, representative of NW, and engaging to a variety of audiences.
- Research and stay up to date on social media and various communication trends and topics in addition to topics relating specifically to men’s ministry.
- Maintain a plan for identifying, recording and analyzing communication and engagement analytics to determine effectiveness.
- Manage NW event registrations, group codes, and event email correspondence.
