Jumping into 2025!

ABUNDANTLY MORE THAN WE IMAGINED
When we set our End of Year giving goal for $100,000, we trusted God would provide. But when God provided, through the generosity of our partners, even more than we planned, we were blown away! Thank you to everyone who prayed and gave toward our goal! We are really looking forward to seeing how God uses your gifts to equip more churches to serve more men!
We hope to see each of you at some point throughout the year so that we can thank you in person, but for now, here’s a video from Mike and Stacy Young.
Beyond Virginia
If you are trying to figure out how to start or enhance a men’s ministry in your church and you need advice on where to start. Noble warriors is a great ministry to get connected to. They will go above and beyond to help you in this journey. – Ray Farrell, Grace Church, greenville, nc.
Ray Farrell is the men’s ministry leader at Grace Church in Greenville, North Carolina. He first heard about Noble Warriors when he was living in the Richmond area and attended a men’s conference in 2017. After the conference along with conversations and coaching from Mike Young, God began to work in Ray’s heart and gave him a desire to get involved in men’s ministry. Ray says that the resources and tools he received from Noble Warriors has helped him to be a better husband, father, and the man that God has called him to be.
In 2024 Ray took his heart for men’s ministry to North Carolina where he started a men’s ministry at Grace Church. He began to host several fellowship breakfasts. Soon, fifty to sixty men would gather. The breakfast’s launched into a weekly men’s gathering every Saturday. It is evident that the men who gather together are growing in their faith and are excited to live in discipleship with other men as well. Ray said, “One of the men in our church shared recently that, thanks to the list of books we talked about during one of our events, he has been growing in the Lord in ways he hasn’t grown before.”
Ray is seeing more men who are eager to spread the word about the fellowship events even beyond the church. Twenty-five percent of the guys attending the men’s gathering don’t even attend Grace Church.
Pray that God will continue to use Ray to influence the lives of men in Greenville, NC and beyond!
Big Prayers
Thank you for your partnership with Noble Warriors! Your financial gifts and prayers enable us to strategically invest in men across North America! Please continue to pray for Ray Farrell and the men at Grace Church in Greenville, North Carolina.
- PRAY for Grace Church. They are currently searching a new senior pastor and youth pastor. Pray for a smooth transition and for our search committee that we will pick men that are strongly committed to the Lord and men’s ministry.
- PRAY for continued growth in Grace Church’s men’s ministry. They are beginning to engage with younger men and are seeing the impact of the ministry throughout the entire church.
- PRAY for God to raise up more men, like Ray, who are willing to take the lead in building a healthy men’s ministry in their churches across the region and beyond.
Making Connections
Noble warriors men’s conference
When Ray Farrell attended a men’s ministry conference in 2017, God used the event to ignite a vision for him to engage in men’s ministry wherever he lived. That is one of the goals of the Noble Warriors Men’s Conference. The conference is designed to be a catalyst to facilitate more men’s discipleship in your churches and communities. Pray for the men in your circles and invite them to join you at one of our three Noble Warriors Men’s Conference events!
the right next step

“Events for men fill the calendar, attract attention, and stir things up, but discipleship takes place in small groups. Guys, everything you do with your men should point them to the right next step!”
Mike Young loves planning, hosting, and participating in the Noble Warriors Men’s Conference each year. While it’s a Noble Warriors ministry highlight, the most exciting part is seeing how God uses the experience to spur men to engage in discipleship and ministry beyond the event. Read Mike’s latest blog about how to use events like a men’s breakfast, outing, or conference, as a strategy for long-term growth and development in your men’s ministry!
