Battle Briefing | October 2023
Recently, I have been amazed at how the issue of biblical manhood that we are championing is heating up in the world around us. Every day, I see Manhood in the Media in a new book, movie, or article on a critical issue or through churches reaching out for help.
It’s more urgent than ever to answer this question – how do we serve and encourage the faithful men who teach others?
If you think you’re excluded from the “faithful men who teach” group because you’re not a pastor, in seminary, or leading a small group, let me challenge that thinking.
Teaching others is not limited to exegesis, preaching, or elder-level teaching.
Being a “faithful man” applies in every avenue of life. You may be your kids’ soccer coach, but there, you get to teach life skills, integrity, work ethic, character, etc. If you are a believer, you should be doing that in the context of the Gospel and all to God’s glory. Whether you are a dad, Sunday School teacher, or youth coach, we are here to resource you. No matter what position you find yourself in, we want to provide you with something you can apply to your context with those the Lord has put in front of you to influence.
Thank you for being faithful in serving God in the lane He has placed you. Your faithfulness is abundant in supporting Noble Warriors through your prayers and giving as we work to make resources available for every man.
“The saying is trustworthy, for: If we have died with him, we will also live with him; if we endure, we will also reign with him.” 2 Timothy 2:11-12a
