Family Update | November 2021

October was a busy training month for TIM, so CAROLINE and OWEN spent most of the month in the mainland. We were excited to have a month with them! What a joy! Owen’s a crawler now too!  

STACY and I were able to visit ZACH for a weekend in Enterprise, AL following some intense training. It was great fun to see his house, meet his roommates and even worship with him and his friends at First Baptist Enterprise.  

BEN made a quick trip home for a weekend to attend a wedding. He has already committed to a summer internship at a paper mill in Cottonton, AL. He’ll be less than 100 miles from Zach at Ft. Rucker. How cool is that?  

Basketball practice has started for HANNAH so she’s on the move even more. She’s also learning much as she leads a 6th grade girl from our church through a book/Bible study using Lies Girls Believe.  

STACY continues to enjoy her Empty Nest study/discussion group and is thinking about ‘next steps’ with this group. I have embarked on a new journey as well. I am participating in a D. Min. cohort through Southeastern Theological Seminary. It’s a 3 ½ year process! There’s a LOT of reading but I’m already enjoying and learning much from the process and the people.
