We’re only a few days away from The Noble Man Fredericksburg Conference! The next workshop presenter we want to introduce is one of our own team members! Meet Tim McWilliams of Noble Warriors North. Tim will be leading a workshop titled Become the Leader God Meant You to Be.

God has blessed Tim with the gift of teaching and he is looking forward to using that gift on March 9. He says this is one of the reasons why he is passionate about discipling men.

“God has prepared me and called me to teach what I am passionate about.”

Tim himself was discipled by Dennis Parks who shared his story in Tim’s men’s group and challenged him to step up into a leadership role. Now Tim is doing the same for other men. As someone who was also in the Marine Corps and father to 3 boys, it’s evident that God was preparing him to help equip and encourage Godly men too.

Right now, Tim is reading The Elements of Mentoring by Brad Johnson and Charles Ridley. His favorite book to give to others is Fight by Craig Groschel.

We asked Tim who the hero in his life was and he said it is Jesus. As for the man he most identifies with in scripture at this point, he said the Apostle Paul.

“He had to disciple so many during difficult times.”
