Don Bailey
By his own admission, Don Bailey is a “non-techie.” He loves the live events and initially was not thrilled about the idea of attending a Virtual Conference. In fact, Don came close to backing out, but he made the decision to buy in. Through the equipping workshops, he received an answer to a situation in his life. He also discovered a direct correlation to the series they have been doing at his church called Every Member a Minister.
“You have to take the church outside the walls.” The Noble Warriors Virtual Conference presents a viable opportunity to do that.
Tom Propts
Not only was Tom able to attend the Virtual Conference himself, but he viewed the workshops with his grandson and a family member who is recovering from a surgery and never would have been able to attend otherwise.
His grandson, who has dealt with attention challenges, was dialed in and responsive to the teaching, creating a unique grandfather/grandson experience!
Tom is thankful to have access to the conference to be able to worship and take advantage of in the extra time he has.
Josh Bowen
When the live event in Fredericksburg transitioned to a virtual event, Josh was able to pull together about 20 guys in his church, a space large enough to allow plenty of social distancing, to attend together. Even with new social distancing recommendations, Josh sees being able to continue using the virtual workshops.
He found an advantage the virtual conference offers that he didn’t have in a live event. Now, he doesn’t have to choose which workshops to attend, he can attend them all!
With continued access to the sessions, he can see many ways to still fellowship with other men such as viewing the sessions and discussing them in a virtual call. The benefits are ongoing.
Mike Topping
Mike was blown away by Crawford Loritts’ timely message on How Not to Be Branded by Discouragement and says everyone needs to hear it. “Wow – has anyone felt discouraged lately with all that is going on in the world?” It inspired Mike to write to encourage others and share with them Crawford’s 5 decisions and choices we have to make when discouragement comes knocking on our doors. It is a message for such a time as this, and through the virtual conference, Mike says there’s no excuse why anyone can’t plug in.
There is no travel, it is just self-will to attend. “What’s stopping you? It’s not God. He told us to move.”
Randall Minden
Randall was disappointed when he learned that he would have to miss the Fredericksburg Noble Man conference due to a recent surgery. Doctor’s orders were to take it easy, so Randall made arrangements for his 13-year-old son to attend his first Noble Man conference with a friend. When he found out the conference was transitioning to online, he was extremely thankful, calling it a blessing in disguise.
