Dave Johnson is the founder of Equipped.Life and LEADwell, two ministries that fill that gap.
They provide leadership and team performance coaching to nonprofits and ministries to “equip healthy leaders, create inspiring teams, and thriving organizations.”
It all began when the tragedy of losing his second-born daughter brought him to the point of completely turning away from the faith or going all in. He and his wife, Jeri, went all in. Their reliance on Christ led them to serve by teaching Sunday School, becoming youth leaders, going to seminary, building a men’s discipleship ministry, and eventually becoming an associate pastor. Today, Johnson equips pastors who are anointed to preach with the practical skills necessary for leading a successful organization.
Johnson enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his wife and two adult daughters.
