Our next workshop presenter is no stranger to The Noble Man. Allow us to introduce Rick Caldwell! If you have been around men’s ministry for a while, you’re probably familiar with Men’s Fraternity and The 33 Series. Men’s Fraternity and the 33 Series are two studies created by the Authentic Manhood team and have been impacting men and churches for the last several years. Rick has been working with Authentic Manhood for the past 18 years.

“I love helping men discover the path to authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus in his 33 years on earth.”

Rick and the Authentic Manhood team work to equip men through the studies and through intentional discipleship as men journey together. Rick says discipleship was key in his walk with the Lord as well when Pastor Bill Cole discipled him in college At this point in his life, Rick says he most identifies with the apostle Paul and frankly we think this is perfect considering his role in men’s ministry.

“I am most concerned about investing in faithful men who will also invest in others.”

As far reading goes, Rick is currently reading Friend of Sinners by Rich Wilkerson Jr. because “like Jesus we must seek out sinners offering our friendship.” His favorite book to give to others is Paul David Tripp’s devotional, New Morning Mercies. When we asked him which verse had spoken to him as of late, he said Nahum 1:7 “The Lord is good. A stronghold in the day of trouble.
