NOBLE WARRIORS CENTURION PROJECT
In 2026, Noble Warriors will launch our Centurion Project. The goal of this initiative is to multiply the impact, breadth and depth of Noble Warriors ministry across the state of Virginia by making a credible offer men’s discipleship support to every church in Virginia by the end of 2030. The Centurion Initiative is a scalable, sustainable, reproducible strategy that will allow us to reach the goal.
WHAT IS A CENTURION?
Noble Warriors will recruit, train, and deploy Centurions across the state. Each NW Centurion will be tasked with developing and advancing Noble Warriors’ relationship with approximately 100 churches in a defined geographic region so we can serve them as they equip men to walk with Christ and lead well.
WHO IS A CENTURION?
Centurions must apply for the position and participate in training events to prepare for the work. These men will be the front-line connections between Noble Warriors and local church across VA. These are volunteer positions requiring about 10 hours/week commitment at the beginning to pursue and establish relationships.

We aren’t looking for men who simply like the idea of being part of a robust Noble Warriors initiative. We are looking for men who have done and are doing the work of discipling men to walk with Christ and lead well in and through their local churches.
