Mike Young, Founder of Noble Warriors, has a passion to see men grow, serve and lead as godly men… Noble Warriors even. He especially wants to see this in his three sons and the man that he hopes his daughter will someday marry.
Launching Noble Warriors in 2005 was the result of a clear calling to move into full-time ministry to men. Today Mike leads the ministry, by God’s grace, to serve churches as they equip men to walk with Christ and lead well.
He is a member of the National Coalition of Ministries to Men (and served as President for 3 years), as well as a member of the Iron Sharpens Iron Network and the Fatherhood CoMission.
Mike and his beautiful wife, Stacy, have three sons (Tim who is married to Caroline, Zach, Ben) and a daughter (Hannah).
Fun Facts About Mike
- I detest someone putting their finger in my bellybutton! My greatest fear is that when I’m old and defenseless, my children will stand around my bed taking turns putting their fingers in my belly button and laughing. I’m going to have to be nicer to them so they won’t.
- My favorite ice cream is Ben and Jerry’s Chunky Monkey.
- Italian sausage is the best pizza topping.
- My first car was a 64 1/2 Ford Mustang.
- I love leadership, so I think it would be awesome to eat a meal and talk about leadership with George Washington or Abraham Lincoln.
